Mountain State Home Health Care has Professional Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses with over fifteen years experience assisting pregnant mothers. We can help you understand the changes your body goes through and the importance of good health. We can help you get ready for the arrival of your precious joy, your new baby. We have the resources to assist you with obtaining clothing, baby furniture, car seats, diapers, formula, baby food, and so much more. Just like you, we want your new baby to have a healthy start in life and we can help at no cost to you.

All pregnant women who are eligible for Medicaid or OMCFH coverage are eligible for Right from the Start Services. You must be a resident of West Virginia and have verification of pregnancy. We can assist you with completion of the application process.

Pregnant teen ages nineteen and under are eligible for all Right From The Start Services regardless of family income.

Our mission is to work with DHHR, OMCFH, Obstetrical Care Providers, and Community Programs to assure that all West Virginia Children have a healthy and happy start in life.
