Certified Homemakers and Certified Nursing Assistants will provide your care

  • All care providers are supervised by Registered Professional Nurses

  • All care providers receive on going in-service training to keep them up to date and informed

  • All care providers are evaluated by Registered Professional Nurses and clients throughout the year for performance and quality of care

  • Individuals have the freedom of choice to request their care provider

  • Staffing Coordinators are available 24 hours a day seven days a week, including holidays to assure quality care providers are available when you need them

  • Registered Professional Nurses will assist with care planning and instructing care providers

  • Registered Professional Nurses will assess your medical and environmental needs

  • Registered Professional Nurses are on call 24 hours a day for consultation when need by care providers and /or clients

  • Mountain State Home Health Care will assist you in obtaining affordable quality professional care

  • We will directly bill your Long Term Care Insurance Company

  • In-Home Care is far less expensive than nursing home care

  • Mountain State Home Health Care will help you develop a plan of care to meet your needs according to your doctors diagnosis

  • Cost is determined by the level of care required

  • A representative from Mountain State Home Health Care will come to your home and help you develop a plan to meet those needs
